I don't want to have any trace of adult content on my account statement. Is that possible?
Only the names of our billing company such as "IBILLCS.com*Pride" or "PAYCOM*Pride" will appear on your account statement. The site name and link will not appear on any banking transaction. All the data that we have recorded when you sign up, are used by our tech support to contact you (by email only). In addition, we do not sell or give away your personal information or send any mail to your postal address.


How long do I have to wait for my account to be active ?
Getting your membership to Pride Access takes only one quick minute. You'll get your online access almost instantly but if after 10 - 15 minutes your account still doesn't work, contact us at sales@prideaccess.com including your subscription ID or/and the email you used when you signed up. It will be our pleasure to assist you.


Why does a message appear prompting me to download ccard.exe when I click the join link?
Before clicking on the join link, you have to turn off any download managers such as gozilla, download accelerator or Get Right.


I didn't receive a username / password after I signed up. What do I do?
If you didn't receive a username / password just after you signed up, email our sales department as soon as possible at sales@prideaccess.com . Don't forget to include your subscription ID so we can send you your membership information.


I have a problem viewing movies, what do I have to do ?
